PROPER DEFROSTING METHOD
Upon receiving the delivery, please put the meat inside fridge for 24 hours to slowly defrost it overnight. To defrost fast, please leave the meat in the unopened bag submerged in the cold water for 30 - 45 min.
GRILL RECOMMENDED FOR BEST RESULT
Wait until grill is hot enough to sizzle (450* – 500*F), Place the meat on the grill and cook until golden brown and slightly charred, about 2 - 3 mins. Turn the meat over and continue to grill for another 3 to 4 mins for medium-rare (an internal temp of 135 degrees F),
